NPG delivers outdoor and indoor stands at the Farnborough International Airshow from 11-17 July 2016.
NPG and our customer Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace and the FSi Pavilion (representing Nammo, Aim, NSM, Bergetand and Galleon) attended Farnborough International Airshow in mid-July this year. The event combines a major trade exhibition for the aerospace and defence industry with a public airshow.
The Farnborough International Airshow is an important event for companies in the international aerospace and defence industry and gives them a perfect opportunity to demonstrate civilian and military aircraft to potential customers and investors. The show is also used for the announcement of new developments and orders, and to attract media coverage.
NPG delivered a chalet and an outdoor stand to Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace, as well as a Norwegian pavilion represented by FSi inside one of the halls. NPG delivered a complete food concept for Kongsberg, serving up to 60 guests per day. Norwegian chefs Kjell Arne John Seter and Kjell Robin Johnsen and head waiter Tom Magnussen once again delivered culinary dishes and a waffle breakfast every day.
The show lasted for five days and despite having to close early on the first day due to heavy rainfall and power outages, Farnborough had around 73,000 visitors that week.
