About the role
As a project manager at NPG, you will play a key role in developing, planning and leading events from concept to execution. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, producers, consultants and coordinators. You will never stand alone, but you will be responsible for driving the process forward, gathering the threads and ensuring progress, quality and clear direction.
Your main tasks
- Develop concepts and facilitate creative processes, from brief to finished event or activation.
- Ensure progress, quality and economy throughout the entire project.
- Lead customer meetings, presentations and expectations clarification.
- Prepare offers, budgets and follow up on finances, suppliers and partners.
- Coordinate internal and external resources and ensure everyone is pulling in the same direction.
- Contribute to the sales and development of both existing and new customers.
- Evaluate projects and contribute to continuous improvement in deliveries and processes.
We are looking for you as...
- Has experience as a project manager from the event, communications or agency industry.
- Have led larger projects, conferences or sports activations, often in the B2B market.
- Understands how professional content and experience design can be combined to enhance the client's brand.
- Has clear leadership skills and enjoys taking control, motivating the team and creating progress.
- Ability to combine strategic consulting with operational implementation.
- Is structured, proactive and confident in the role of decision-maker.
- Has commercial understanding and a good eye for both customer experience and business goals.
- Are creative, solution-oriented and professionally curious, you like to find new ways to engage people.
