Project Manager for B2B Brand Activation
As a project manager in our department Exhibition You are part of a team of 10 project managers who ensure that our clients' brands, all over the world, are noticed. You know the power of experiential communication well, and know how to challenge with creativity and technology where innovation is needed.
NPG has expertise in concept development, visualization and brand activation. As a Project Manager, you are an important driver for involving the interdisciplinary environment to ensure that the customer is presented with the best solutions. NPG's strength lies in our long experience and innovative environment.
About the role
You have ownership of the entire process in your own projects, but succeed together with a team that shares knowledge, challenges each other and plays well with each other. In addition to NPG's already established customer portfolio, you will also be responsible for building your own relationships and your own portfolio.
Some travel is expected as we follow our customers to trade fairs in Norway and internationally. We follow the trade fair calendar so some weekend and evening work will also occur. You will know both the time and place of the trade fair well in advance and be able to plan accordingly.
Is this you?
We are looking for someone who has solid experience with process and project management, preferably from an agency, and is used to being responsible for the entire process from planning to finished delivery. You communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, in Norwegian and English, and thrive in dialogue with customers, partners and suppliers.
You have experience with B2B and are a natural relationship builder who creates trust over time. At the same time, you are able to coordinate several parallel projects and keep an overview, even when the pace is high. You have a conscious relationship with quality, progress and cost control, and understand how technical solutions and drawings are an important part of the deliveries.

There we enjoy the warmth, the chat and not infrequently an ice cream or waffle on Fridays.
