NPG Group continues its growth journey with record revenue of NOK 306 million in 2025 and an EBITDA result before tax of NOK 26 million. Now the company is making a clear strategic shift to strengthen its position as a leading advisor within brand experiences – with an ambition of NOK 500 million in revenue by 2030.

International growth and ambitious scaling

NPG strengthens its international position with around 120 employees across Oslo, Stockholm and Budapest, and is increasing its pace with projects and customers across markets.

With expected growth of over 20 percent in 2026 and a clear ambition of NOK 500 million in revenue by 2030, the company is accelerating its international efforts.

The scaling process is driven in particular by strategic consulting and interactive services, with an increased presence in Sweden and Hungary, and a growing portfolio of projects in the US, Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

Global Aqua represents one of the most important growth platforms going forward. The investment positions the company as a key player in the development of the aquaculture industry – with the ambition to shape both structures and opportunities in a sector in strong growth. Here, NPG takes an active role in developing the market through the establishment of central meeting places and influencing framework conditions.

As part of the company's international scaling, NPG strengthens its position through a broad and integrated focus on brand experiences.
