The itSMF conference has been arranged annually since 2004. The forum contributes in the continuing development and promotion of IT Service Management “best practice”, standards and qualifications. Globally, the ITSMF now boasts over 6000 member companies, blue chip and public sector alike, covering in excess of 40,000 individuals spread over 50+ Chapters. The IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) is an independent and internationally-recognized forum for IT Service Management professionals worldwide.
Since 2004, NPG’s role at itSMF has been as a technical organizer of the exhibition. Consequently, we take care of all the practical matters of the exhibition. We are involved in the planning, organization and coordination of suppliers, and the building of the stands for the organizer. We also give advice and guidance to all the exhibitors, whether it would be how the stand should be used or helping them with ordering of turnkey solutions and exhibition equipment.
