About the project
Aker Solutions conference Leadership Summit 2025: Expand gathered 250 senior leaders from around the world for a two-day gathering at Scandic Fornebu. The goal was to create a safe and inspiring space where leaders could develop their own leadership through conversations, reflection and collaboration.
The conference had a clear academic focus, but was also built with social and relational frameworks that strengthened the community among the participants.
Our role
NPG Event had overall responsibility for the Aker Solutions conference and delivered a comprehensive event, from concept development to execution. We facilitated both professional and social content with a focus on quality and tailor-made solutions.
The main program took place in a common room with a 21-meter wide stage and a 17 x 3-meter LED wall, which formed the framework for lectures and panel discussions with, among others, Nathan Furr and Stian Jensen.
Participants rotated between themed rooms with unique designs and themes. Interactive workshops with digital tools actively engaged and involved the leaders.
The social program included morning activities such as yoga, running and boot camp. The evening concluded with a gala dinner, entertainment and an awards ceremony honoring employees.
The Result
Aker Solutions wanted a conference with clear content, efficient execution and high quality, without compromising on sustainability or cost focus. The event was very well received and recognized as a valuable investment in future management development.
Aker Solutions' conference in 2025 stands as a successful example of how strategy, creativity and execution can be united in a strong and engaging leadership event.
Leadership Summit 2025 became more than an event, it became an experiential learning arena. Together with the client, we created a conference that challenged and developed more than 200 leaders, with space for reflection, interaction and dialogue. From theme rooms with distinct expressions to inspiring speeches on an impressive main stage, everything helped to enhance the experience. It was a holistic, seamless and meaningful production from start to finish.
