About the project
BAMA Commercial Kitchen is an important exhibitor at UMAMI Arena, Norway's largest meeting place for the food and beverage industry. With a central location in the exhibition hall, an engaging program that combined presentations and streaming directly from the stand, BAMA Storkjøkken achieved good results from the fair.
The stand was an arena for unique food experiences, including Norway's top chefs. The Norwegian National Chefs' Team and Filip August Bendi, Bocuse d'Or silver winner, prepared dishes using BAMA products. Visitors had the opportunity to taste and experience chef demonstrations that showed innovative and effective cooking solutions using their own products.
Our role
This project was a collaboration between NPG Interactive, NPG Design og NPG Exhibition. We designed and developed the exhibition stand, as well as taking care of all technical production. The stand was specially adapted to showcase BAMA products and streaming, in line with BAMA Storkjøkken's identity. We also handled the setup of cameras and sound in connection with the live broadcasts.
The Result
A well-thought-out trade show stand, planned activities and professional streaming on BAMA Storkjøkken's digital channels.
The live broadcast was streamed on Facebook and contributed to increased reach, higher engagement, and a stronger digital presence.
BAMA Storkjøkken used the fair to produce content for social media that can be shared throughout the year. The collaboration with the national chefs' team created opportunities to tell stories both during and after the event. This confirms BAMA Storkjøkken's position as a leading player in the industry, with clear commitment and presence in the market.
The stand design is inspired by the idea of a future kitchen – clean, functional and efficient. Minimalist shapes create a functional area for live streaming and presentations. The choice of light materials and backlit surfaces gives a fresh and futuristic feel. BAMA's products, fruits and vegetables, are an integral part of the design.
