About the project
LG Electronics wanted to gather employees and customers from several European markets for an event that combined business updates, networking and memorable shared experiences.
NPG Event planned and delivered a two-day event in Oslo and Hokksund. The programme included presentations, a factory visit to OSO Hotwater and social activities, all carefully designed as one complete experience. With one event partner responsible for the full delivery, LG could focus on the programme, the relationships and their role as host. Our role was to ensure quality, structure and a seamless experience throughout every part of the event. This was second time LG trusted us with this assignment.
Our role
NPG Event had overall responsibility for planning and implementation.
We managed the complete participant journey, including transport from Oslo Airport Gardermoen, hotel bookings and coordination, the overall programme, the factory visit and lunch at OSO Hotwater, social activities with dinner and entertainment at Dyna Lighthouse, a boat trip on the Oslo Fjord and customised goodie bags.
Our focus was to create a smooth event where every part worked together, and where the participants experienced the event as well-planned, enjoyable and easy to take part in.
The Result
The event brought together participants from several markets and roles through a shared programme.
The mix of presentations, social activities and memorable experiences helped strengthen the dialogue between LG and its customers, build stronger relationships and increase engagement around the products and the partnership.
When every detail is handled well, the real value is created in the meetings between people.
