About the project

Havtil – Marine Industry Authority is a government agency responsible for safety, working environment and emergency preparedness in the maritime industry. At ONS2024, Havtil wanted to showcase its areas of responsibility: #future, #energy and #safety, with a stand that combined innovative design and interactive brand activation. After a successful tender process, we were selected as the agency to develop the stand.

Our role

Through close collaboration with Havtil, we developed their original concept into a holistic and visually engaging stand design. The two-story stand was a magnet for visitors, thanks to:
Strong visual identity: Elements such as cinema experience, interactive walls and visual shows created a unique atmosphere.

Brand activation: Visitors could share their thoughts directly at the booth, participate in a quiz.
Technical precision: We further developed technical documentation and sketches, and delivered a complete stand solution that met all requirements for quality and aesthetics.

Havtil's stand also hosted special guests, including HRH The Crown Prince, further emphasizing the importance of their presence at the fair.

The Result

Havtil's stand at the ONS fair always catches the eye with its eye-catching design and creative use of visual elements. The stand conveyed Havtil's message effectively, and created a memorable experience for visitors. In 2022, their efforts were recognized with a nomination for best stand, which clearly shows the quality of both the stand design, the concept behind it and the efforts of the stand staff.
