About the project
The Norwegian Dental Association's national meeting is Norway's largest and most important meeting place for everyone working in dental health. The event takes place over 3 days in October/November each year. Together with the Norwegian Dental Association, NPG Event provides inspiration, professional development, networking and social gatherings.
The national meeting offers an extensive professional program for the entire dental health team with over 50 speakers from Norway and abroad, panel debates, the Nordental dental exhibition with 100 exhibitors showing the latest products and services, and not least: a meeting place for everyone who is passionate about dental health.
Our role
NPG Event has been responsible for project management, including exhibition planning, participant registration solution, conference technology, signage and decor, artist booking, etc. Through detailed plans, NPG Event ensures a seamless implementation that inspires and engages.
The Result
The event is kicked off by the traditional opening. This year, the Minister of Health and Social Care, Jan Christian Vestre, opened the event, and the opening lecture was given by celebrity doctor Kaveh Rashidi. President Heming Olsen-Bergem gave an engaging speech with a clear call for unity and cooperation and invited members to actively participate in the association.
On Thursday evening, the participants were invited to the National Assembly Festival at Rockefeller. NPG Event organized a real party night with Staysman and Fagernes Yacht Club, among others. The atmosphere was great!
This year's national conference gathered close to 4000 participants and was a great success.
NPG Event has had the pleasure of collaborating with the Norwegian Dental Association (NTF) on their national congress for over 30 years. At NPG Event, we take care of every detail, big and small—including participant registration, hotel bookings, meeting room technology, exhibitor services, and arranging everything from chairs and carpets to stage flowers. This allows NTF to focus on curating a diverse and engaging professional program each year. We hold regular status meetings throughout the year to ensure that together, we create the most important meeting place for everyone working in the dental industry.
