1. WORKSHOP
The first phase starts with understanding your needs and goals. Together we define the ideas and what you want to achieve. We are your advisor, helping you realize your goals within your budget.
2. CONCEPT
NPG visualizes your ideas into a concrete concept. You will also receive a price estimate, project plan and our recommendations on which technology will be optimal for your company and services.
3. PRELIMINARY PROJECT
Our preliminary project provides you with a full-scale project plan and a demo of the solution. We also present the final price, at a fixed, subsidized cost.
4. PRODUCTION
Development begins with two-week sprints. After each sprint, you receive status updates in meetings, opportunities for adjustments, and full insight into the final outcome.
5. DELIVERY
Before delivery, the system is tested at NPG for a safe launch. We present the solution and provide training in use. When used at an exhibition , we help with installation and support during the exhibition days.
6. SUPPORT
After delivery, NPG Interactive offers a 2-week testing period, where we make small adjustments and tweaks based on your feedback. This acts as a form of "satisfied customer guarantee".
