Event execution and post-event evaluation with the customer.
1. KICKOFF
Identify needs. Define ideas and what you want to achieve. Set realistic goals, budget and expected timeline.
2. DESIGN
The ideas are designed and visualized. Development of project plan, specification of delivery, and setup of offers.
3. PRODUCTION
Obtain technical approval and initiate preparatory work with production plan, layout of graphic expression, and prefabrication.
4. ASSEMBLY
Realization of idea and construction. Interaction between installers, project manager and customer. Ensuring delivery in accordance with the agreement.
5. COMPLETION
The big day! Implementation of the exhibition, events and activities. The phase indicates that the project is coming to an end.
6. REPORTING
