Concept Development

We create visual concepts of your exhibition stand to ensure quality throughout the process from concept to finished product. We handle everything from concept, design, and implementation of the stand project. When designing stand concepts, many factors come into play, including functionality, design, creativity, company profile, presentation of products and solutions, activities, and interactive solutions at the stand.

Stand design

We develop stand designs and provide dimensioned 3D sketches and plan drawings. In the design process, the layout, material choices, and colors will be carefully selected. We design thoughtful solutions where form and function are in balance. A creative, open, and inviting stand should attract attention and engage. The stand should be functional, eye-catching, and have a good exposure of products and services. The stand should have a consistent visual profile. Visitors should easily be able to perceive the message and the products/services you have chosen to present at the trade show.

Project management and strategic consulting

Our project managers have well-established routines for coordinating exhibitors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. This creates transparency and predictability in the projects we participate in, and ensures that agreed milestones are met. The project manager will follow the project from start to finish, ensuring that your interests are taken care of throughout the process. We always work with detailed progress and implementation plans in our projects.

Production, assembly, and disassembly of the exhibition stand.

We have extensive experience related to the complete delivery of the stand, including production, setup, and teardown. A dedicated project manager will be available during assembly and on the first opening day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Experiences and trade show activities.

Create brand experiences with engaging trade show activities. Activities can range from pop-up restaurants with menus created by chefs, simpler food and drink offerings, competitions, gamification, giveaways, to interactive solutions such as a photo bar or VR gaming.

We have our own media department with an associated studio, production environment, and equipment for field production and carry out all assignments within photography, video, content production, and animation for all digital platforms.
