Job offer after internship: Hedda Felde secures permanent position at NPG Sport & Communication

This fall, Sport Management student Hedda Felde (23) had an internship at the sports agency NPG Sports & Communication. It ended with employment. – A bargain, says a partner in the agency.

Felde is in his final year of the Sport Management program at Norwegian School of Sports Sciences, and is currently writing her master's thesis. As part of her studies, she has been on assignment for three months at the sports agency NPG Sport & Communication at Ullevaal Stadium.

It not only ended with good shots, but also with job offers.

She has contributed to several projects, and in particular she has done an important job in raising our value project Equal Opportunities – which recently played a key role in ensuring equal prize money for women and men during the World Ski Championships in Trondheim. Hedda Felde is happy to continue as part of the community in NPG Sports & Communication, and will combine the job with completing their studies.

Hedda Felde has previously worked as Marketing Coordinator at Kari Traa, and will submit his master's thesis in Sport Management at the Norwegian School of Sports and Recreation during the spring of 2025.
