Advisor Event
NPG is looking for an experienced and commercially oriented advisor who wants to combine their event expertise with sales, concept development and relationship building. This role is for you who love meeting people, building networks and developing creative solutions that provide value for customers.
With us in NPG You will have the opportunity to work with some of Norway's most exciting brands and businesses, while becoming part of a professional environment that creates experiences, fairs, conferences, launches and brand activities both nationally and internationally. You will be part of a team of seven people in the sales department, all with responsibility for their own area of expertise.
About the role
As an Event Advisor, you will identify opportunities, contribute to the development of concepts and create growth through strong customer relationships. The role has a clear commercial focus and is well suited for someone who has experience from the event industry, but who wants to move more towards sales, customer development and strategic consulting.
The role will contribute to increased revenue, more customer projects and stronger customer relationships through sales, active consulting and concept development.
You will work closely with both customers and internal professional communities to develop concepts that create results.
Areas of responsibility
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities with existing and new customers
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations on your own
- Develop creative event and experience concepts in collaboration with customers and colleagues
- Prepare offers, presentations and sales materials
- Participate in trade fairs, conferences and networking events
- Contribute to strengthening NPG's position in the market
- Collaborate closely with project managers and specialists to ensure good customer experiences
Travel must be expected.
We believe you are someone who
- Have experience from the event, experience or communication industry
- Have good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing
- Thrives with the combination of strategy, creativity and commercial work through being curious and proactive
- Feels confident in sales processes and enjoys relationship building
