Henriette is part of a fantastically exciting generation of Norwegian track and field athletes, and possibly the most promising of them all. We are delighted to be joining her team and to be able to facilitate her career to be as good as possible.

Assists with commercial advice

NPG Sports & Communication will assist Henriette Jæger with commercial advice, which includes representation in sponsorship sales and contract negotiations.

Despite her young age, Henriette Jæger has already broken many Norwegian and Nordic records. In 2024 alone, she became the first Norwegian woman to run 200 meters under 23 seconds, the first Norwegian woman to run 200 meter final in a European Championship, and first Norwegian athlete ever to run the 400 meter final in the Olympics.

But the girl from Aremark already has her thoughts on what will happen in the United States in 2028.

– As a top athlete, it is essential to be able to spend as much time as possible on sports, and as little time as possible on everything else that goes with it. It feels safe to join the team at NPG Sport & Communication, they have broad experience and many contacts in both sports and business, and can help me optimize the path towards my next big goal, namely the Los Angeles Olympics in 2028, says Henriette Jæger.

Until now, Henriette Jæger's mother and coach, Unn Merete Lie Jæger, has handled the commercial part of her daughter's career, but in the past year, the number of inquiries has increased in line with her success. Unn Merete will continue to coach Henriette, in addition to the Norwegian relay team, which also made history earlier this year when they became the first Norwegian 400-meter relay team in an Olympic event.
